Orders will be shipped according to the shipping address information entered during the checkout process.
If no shipping address has been provided, the billing address will be used as shipping address.
If a package cannot be delivered due to improper address information, we will reship the package after
making attempts to obtain the correct shipping information from our customer. Fees for reshipping may apply.
Any fees incurred as a result of the package being returned to sender will be deducted from the refund issued.
We ship all products via USPS Priority Mail or if applicable USPS Express Mail.
The time in transit may vary by service and destination.
For USPS Priority the estimated time in transit is 2 to 4 business days.
For USPS Express Mail the estimated time in transit is 1 to 2 business days.
An email with the tracking information will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during
checkout process. Please also check your spam or junk email folder.
In rare cases the emails containing tracking information might be classified as spam by your email service provider.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
International order might be subject to taxes, customs and brokerage fees.
These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping to Canada will be handled using whether First Class International Mail or Priority Mail International
services depending on size and weight of the products ordered.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping due to errors by the shipping carrier.
This includes delivery errors as well as customs issues.
